An old property that had been updated but had kept it’s character.The staff were very helpful & pleasant it is in a lovely location we used local bus into Oxford which we found easier than driving/parking in city centre. The food was very good breakfasts were hot & good choice, we ate in the restaurant one night there were 4in our group & all enjoyed our meal. The rooms were clean floors creaked & were uneven but given age of property it was expected & added to ambiance.
