I stayed in a single room which although small was perfect for my needs, it was clean and fine for a one night stay. The host Paul was very friendly helpful, the breakfast was very nice and plentiful. My only problem was something that may well be on their to do list so not to be taken as a long term situation but, the only window in the room was sealed up with sealant, (I assume to avoid drafts) but this was a warm evening in June and without any airflow in the room it was not a comfortable nights sleep.
