The room we had was very dated with mould and very old run down carpet. It was very warm in the hotel.. looks like air con was not working on a very hot day. Check-in too over 30 mins due to lack of staff on a busy day. The staff however were very friendly and polite.

property was not like i feel to what i expect of the Hilton standard. the rooms were small, there was no air conditioning,on a hot day that was particularly noted, had to sleep with the window open and the accompanying noise. staff weren't very engaging hotel felt a little worn. in the bathroom plastic patches had been used on some of the tiles

Nice hotel close to the motorway

Pros: The staff service. The breakfast
Cons: The offer of a lighter duvet .
Location: The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the Warwick Castle which is amazing.
We made to feel welcome n our arrival. We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room which was clean & comfortable. The duvet on the double bed was quite heavy & very warm, we needed the air conditioning on all night. The breakfast was outstanding with a vast choice . The one thing I was surprised about was the fact there was a fee for car parking in the hotels own car park.

The Great Escape

Excellent location, yet handy for town and motorway. Facilities second to none.Having recently stayed in four other hotels in the immediate area, this is by far our favoured one. A very relaxing break surrounded by attentive, friendly staff. After several stays around the UK in recent years, we have yet to find one with such a comprehensive and tasty breakfast which caters for every possible taste. Can't wait for next trip!
