The apartment felt clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and there was a very good atmosphere being family friendly. Don’t come if you’re a family. Came last night and the restaurant doesn’t cater for children. Paid for a meal which my daughter couldn’t eat as it was over seasoned for adults then got asked for a tip. Then left our swimming stuff in the room by mistake came back to collect but as ‘after three’ apparently no one in the hotel can access the area or tell me if it’s been found. Poor communication and no attempt to assist from the staff. Be aware the pool and spa are extra with limited access time for children. Clearly focused on trying to be a ‘boutique’ Spa hotel and is in no way family focused.
