The rooftop lounge was closed but everything else was wonderful. Staff was amazing!

The rooftop is seasonal so won’t be open and is locked during the colder months. $100 security deposit. They say limited parking but All surrounding streets have 2hr parking so you’re likely to get a ticket. So it’s best to do the valet parking which is $55 a night TAX they give you the option to text when you need your car out front but it was always busy. Basic tv no Netflix etc. restaurant on first floor is nice but limited options. Reserved the suite corner of course for nice views but tired to see if we could get a nice higher floor for views but they made the room assignments so I couldn’t change the room and all I could see was a dirty building and a U-Haul place across the street. Staff were nice it was ok I guess. It was our anniversary.We mad the best out of it.

The bathroom was not clean. In the corners in the shower the white grout was no longer white you could see mold or whatever brown stuff was there. Definitely did not take a shower there. The room looked as if it has been loosely wiped down but it was dirty as well. I could still see crumbs from the previous person and the trash can was dirty as well. In addition to this I parked on the street across from the hotel and MY CAR WAS STOLEN. It is not a safe neighborhood. Thankfully it was found a few days later. Would not stay there again.

Our stay over all was good; checking in went pretty quickly, parking through valet was easy and accessible- using the link they provide that allowed our car to be downstairs by the time we came down, and the room was clean. Our only hiccup is we called for additional towels, four times and never received them within our stay there throughout the weekend. I ended up having to find housekeeping myself while they were cleaning on the hall to get additional towels. Overall, the stay was good.
