Only stayed one night but thought the hotel was fantastic. Location was great if you're going to a soccer or baseball game. Never really went out at night, but area felt safe. Lots of food options within 10-15 minute walk. The staff was excellent. We arrived at 7:30 a.m. and they gladly checked us in. That was a life saver having taken a red eye. Would 100% come back.

food options in the pantry were lacking in amount and variety. several empty shelves. rooftop bar closes way to early for your friday and saturday nite times, a major loss in revenue; we saw no less than six couples and groups of 4 or more get turned away in the last 20 minutes before closing! its the weekend! you post online pics of your (perch)rooftop yet its closed during the weekdays??

Disappointed in the rooftop lounge being closed. One of the amenities claimed to be offered was free bike rental, that was a flat out lie. Staff was very pressuring about valet parking , gave me attitude about unloading in the front of the hotel because thats where valet stationed. I asked for an extra pillow , never got it. Staff lied to me about parking rules for street parking and locations.

Clean. Rooms were nice size and well maintained. Not sure everyone would consider walkable if unable to walk at least 15-20 minutes to get to a restaurant. Not located near many restaurants unless you are able to walk. Good location if interested in going to see soccer or baseball. Speaker located outside Rowhouse vibrates up to room. Not necessary.

Did not honor reservation for 2 queen room. Waited until we attempted to check in to tell us they were over-sold and wanted to give us 2 king rooms instead. I was traveling with a child and that wasnt an option. Our only choice was to take a king room and share bed.
