Check-in/out process was ok. Attendants were somewhat customer service attentive. Elevator was old and rickety; prayed the couple of times I had to use it, it wouldn’t get stuck. It looked and smelled as if it hadn’t been serviced or cleaned since it was installed. Don’t quite understand why the gate to get into/out of the parking area is always open. Curtains in my room were not properly opening or closing. Room was extremely outdated, smelled and had a damp feel to it. One of the lamps didn’t work. Bathroom was ok. I surely didn’t like the fact that the door wasn’t aligned properly and when I went to sleep I could see the glow from the hallway through the spaces around the door frame. Did not make me feel the least bit comfortable/safe. Didn’t get much sleep which was very unfortunate, as I had an early appointment and then driving to CT there after. Will not stay here again and will not recommend. ** Can’t figure out how to upload my pictures of the door/door frame gaps.

I'm very disappointed. The experience at this place was horrible! To start, the room was dirty. They hadn't vacuumed the room, there was a bag of chips behind the chair under the lamp, and Skittles around the room! When I went to tell the receptionist, 1. She didn't apologize. 2. She was rude. 3. They didn't even clean the room in the 3 days we stayed there! I asked to speak to the manager or supervisor, and he wasn't there. This was the first day, and I didn't hear anything from him until the day we left! It was a really, really bad experience. I don't recommend the place. Breakfast is not included and is very expensive. They charge $20 per night for parking. I've worked in the industry for years before and after COVID-19, and I've never seen anything like this in 10 years. I've traveled extensively in and outside the United States, and this is the worst place I've stayed.

Not a pleasant stay

Terrible experience with this hotel- the building is too old and stinky- no water and microwave in the room. Poor service, only one reception staff and I had to wait min 5 min for anything even asking a simple question.

Room was spacious and clean, and the hotel is in a good area with lots of restaurants close by. The property is a bit dated, though... especially noticeable in the elevators. Included breakfast is a la carte, which is nice, and the food is good. Good value overall.
