Two day family trip

The parking was non existent in the day and the front desk would rather talk to themselves than help guests. In the few times I went up only one lady was friendly. Everyone else was transactional and went back to their conversation they were having.

Maybe reduce the price of the rooms nearest the tracks. Really loud near there and maybe let people know you are putting them the train tracks when they book the room.
