The hotel is great . The staff is so nice and helpful and we will be staying there again . The hotel was clean and located near the metro and national mall. The beds were so comfy , the water was nice and hot ! It was perfect and we will be coming back !

Room was always cleaned and staff very friendly and helpful. Close to enfant plaza with a few places to eat and subway as well.The negatives would be government district, alot of things in immediate area close 4-5 ish. No continental breakfast, 1 of the only holiday inns ive been to that doesnt have the breafast bar. There are options for Breakfast like the restaurant and starbucks, but at more expense. Would stay again only from the learning i did this last time. Pool also is outdoors and not open during colder season.

The hotel was clean and close to everything we were interested in doing. We took a short walk down to the Wharf and all of the Mall was walkable. Our heater was a little loud but other than that everything was perfect. Other hotels might be fancier or cleaner, but this hotel was a bargain! Would definitely choose again.
