It was nice We did not get into a room until 12 AM because of a concert that we were at. We tried to call the front desk and to get another blanket for the room, but nobody ever got back to us or nobody came and nobody answered the phone. Other than that, it was great.

Beautiful hotel, and great area

The stay was grate, staff was friendly and kind to my child. The area around the hotel was clean and the cold weather made it very nice traveling from Miami.

The room we stayed in was like Motel 6. While it was not dirty there were paint peels in the bathroom and decor was minimal and cheap. Paid over $2100.00 for 3 night stay and didn’t even get complimentary bottle waters.

This hotel is in a great location. You don't need a car if you are planning to see musuems and such since there is scooters on every corner. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was also good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Great Service & Location!!!

This is a great place to stay. It is very close to lots of shops & eateries! Great place for nice walks down the wharf area to see the boats. The hotel was clean & the breakfast was good & warm! But the service was absolutely wonderful! That's what set this place apart! I would stay here again! Trying to find the front desk from the parking area was a bit tricky. But still overall great place to stay!
