Overall a great hotel! The hot water wasn’t working on the morning of our check-out and we were told we would get a refund for parking which we never got! I see that it was clear breakdown in communication for those needing to be refunded, but other than that it was a great stay.

My husband and young daughter loved every bit of this hotel for their daddy/daughter trip. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the grounds were beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the area was in an excellent location. They enjoyed walking the boardwalk and popping in to any restaurant they had time for. Next time, I will join them!

My stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything from check in, to the beautiful, spacious suite with an impeccable view. Rooms were modern and so clean. The concierge checked in constantly and everyone was absolutely wonderful. I cannot wait to stay here again on my next trip to DC.

My stay at the InterContinental Washington D.C. – The Wharf was absolutely excellent! The cleanliness of the entire hotel really stood out, and the staff was phenomenal from check-in to check-out. I have to give special recognition to the valet team. They deserve a raise! They work incredibly hard and represent the hotel with professionalism, grace, and honor. Their politeness and efficiency truly elevated my experience. I loved every moment of my stay.
