The hotel was easy to find and access, benefitting from a great location at the edge of the Whistler Town Centre. It was very convenient to walk to shops and activities in the town centre. Overall, our stay was most enjoyable and I plan to return again.

We didn’t receive any housekeeping for our 3 night stay. House keeping did show up one afternoon and I asked if he could come back 30 minutes later after we left and he said his shift was over then.

Your buffet needs improvement. No way it’s worth $50 per adult. The waffles are hard. I’d suggest trying the one at the fairmont as a comparison for the price. Really yours shouldn’t be more than $30

My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the staff were professional and very friendly, always ready to help. It was just ok. Hotel is nice, but starting to show its age. Sounded like a few Bollywood parties going on until the early morning made falling asleep difficult. Lots of long black hair floating in swimming pool. Breakfast was expensive but good.
