I asked the front desk about extra padding for the bed as it was uncomfortable. I was told there is nothing they can do.! So your stuck there cause now you paid. And could even rest well. Won't be booking there again.

A lovely property & well decorated with relatively good options for breakfast, although a little improvement in the quality & variety to the breakfast bar would go a long way. Also the quality of the towels (they were really thin & hard) would be in keeping with this really nice property & encourage me to give this hotel 5 stars. Small improvements would help but overall nice hotel.

The facilities in the hotel were what we expected. The room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds. Except for the check-in experience with a pleasant and helpful staff member the limited interactions we had with some other staff were unpleasant. It was also annoying to be forced to get a free club membership to access the wifi as well as the lack of clear information about hotel amenities inside the room.

Rooms were great,loved the pool but dining was poor. Only two people working which led to slow service and undercooked food. Check in time at 4pm is a bit late. Everything else was great and hotel and staff were very nice
