We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the loveliest staff! We were then kindly given an upgrade from a snug room to a superior double with lake views which absolutely made our stay! Such a king gesture. This is our 5th time visiting we try to make it at least twice a year!

Hot tub was great, good temperature, clean tub and space surrounding it .was clean we were above the rear car parking space but this did not impact us at all ..we only ate in cocktail area . We have been to the Lakes Hotel & Spa a few times & we always have an amazing stay. The staff are always polite & welcoming, a special thank you to Mark (concierge) he was very helpful! Our room was spotless & had a beautiful view over the lake. The spa was very nice as always, but it was slightly cold on the first day of our visit, the spa had been closed throughout the day for maintenance so possibly couldn’t be helped. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel was in a great location and just a short stroll from the centre. Staff were very professional and welcoming. The hotel itself was superb with beautiful decor and furnishings throughout. Our room was gorgeous, had everything we needed and the bed was the best I've ever slept in!!!
