A French door leads onto the spacious, decked west-facing balcony so you can enjoy the sun over the sea until dusk so you can watch the waves rolling onto the shore during the day or view the spectacular sunsets over Lundy Island whilst relaxing in the evening. The well-equipped kitchen has all you will need for dining in and there is an informal breakfast/games area at the rear which provides an ideal retreat for the younger members of the family and includes a breakfast bar, TV, Playstation and other games. A utility area at the rear of the first floor leads out onto a fully enclosed partially covered roof patio, with an outdoor shower. With outdoor furniture, this is an ideal spot for al fresco dining with family and friends.
