"The resort as a whole was excellent. We loved the restaurants and the pool. The staff was wonderful! Very clean! We surged for a penthouse to enjoy the stars with the ceiling shades that retract but sadly less than half of them worked. Other than that it’s was a great stay!"

"Had to wait a while at check in while a male member of staff was on his phone, we assumed this was doing something work related but as there were so many people in the lobby it was strange nobody was called forwards. Another tourist then stepped forwards to him where he helped them, which was annoying ..."
