The pool bar wasn’t open. When the main lobby bar was open, the lady wasn’t very friendly, perhaps she was having a bad day. Reception staff and check in was great. Beds were too hard for me and left me with backache. Clean hotel and great central location.

The front desk manager is such a doll! I love the pool area, the drinks are great and the poolside snacks are so tasty. This is our third time staying at the Saguaro and we will be back!
