It was a wonderful stay at the Palm Mountain Resort & Spa! It was my first time to Palm Springs so I wanted to be in the heart of the action and within walking distance to the major attractions. The hotel is centrally located where you are less than a block away from all of the restaurants and shops. So you get a quiet night’s sleep and be rested up for more exploration. My room was spacious and bigger than what I expected. The bed was comfortable and it was like sleeping on a cloud. I loved the Keurig in the room and it was so nice sitting on the balcony during the day. The only thing I will note is the shower temperature was more lukewarm than hot. Thankfully the weather was decent so it was as manageable. Special thanks for Tiffanie and Charmaine who were personable, lovely, and helpful staff who took pride in ensuring me and other guests had a great stay. I would recommend you staying here as well and know you would enjoy it!

Our room was clean. We did have a problem with the heater making noise and the bath tub stopper did not work properly (would not release). The heater problem was taken care of promptly, which we appreciated The front desk staff did not seem happy. No one says good morning, afternoon etc I knew the hotel didn’t provide breakfast but at least they could stock some fresh fruit.

We enjoyed our stay at the Palm Mountain Resort and Spa. The room was comfortable and had the basic amenities. Check in and check out was easy and the staff was friendly. The location was great in terms of being within easy walking access of downtown Palm Springs. We didn't access the spa but we spent some time at the pool and in the hot tub. Both were clean and well maintained. Definitely a great place to stay if you are looking for mid-range comfort and a super location.

Hotel was nice. Was very convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. Loved the area. It is an older hotel that has been renovated. We sat around the fire pits in the evening and the grapefruit trees were full and very tasty. Would stay there again.
