Beautiful property with central pool. Ample umbrellas and lounge chairs. Renovated rooms are light and bright. Appreciate the daily restock of coffee. Room has small fridge, microwave and 2 mugs for use. Patty and all the staff are wonderful. We’ll be back!

The good: walkable to main drag with restaurants and shops, bikes on site for guests, most staff very friendly and helpful The not so good: the property is in need of a good refresh - many areas around the pool needing repair, bathroom in room needs maintenance and updating. If you like to sleep in the dark the doors that lead out to the balcony have blinds in between the two window panes and do not block light. I had a problem in the room that impacted my stay - after discussing with the front desk, I asked for a call to get further information and details. I was never called, I have had to call them, and weeks later this issue has yet to be resolved to a satisfactory resolution.

We had a great stay at Palm Mountain. It was quiet, clean, and the staff was great. The best part of staying here is how walkable this location is to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend.

it’s an older hotel in a great location! The hotel itself is in need of renovation. The room was quiet and the beds were comfy. The pool area is quiet and also in need of some renovations.

Very nice and clean hotel resorts right in downtown Palm Springs. Very nice and professional staff. Facility is pet friendly. The front desk staff is polite, courteous and attentive. We will stay at this hotel when we are back to visit Palm Springs again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location - just one street over from downtown Palm Springs and numerous restaurants. Pool area was clean and set up was great...spent most of time there. Enjoyed having the 2 chairs outside our room for sitting during evening as weather was wonderful. Bathroom a bit dated, but entire room is well maintained and clean...glad there was no carpeting. Definitely plan on staying here again when we visit Palm Springs.
