Though the Hotel restaurant was delish. I was not to impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Upon walking in there was a big black stain on the and in many places. The lounge chairs by pool where all moldy and dirty. Clearly lack of good management if cleanliness is not on point. The hotel charges a resort fee and not kept clean, and clearly anyone can walk into the pool area that is not a guess.

This hotel should absolutely be advertised as adults-only. We tried to stay here with our 10-year old child and checked out within an hour after the experience we had at the pool. There was a loud DJ and it was packed with drunk people who were taking their clothes off. If you’re looking for a place to party, this is well suited for that type of trip, but our son saw some things he shouldn’t have seen. At checkout, we saw another family leaving for the exact same reason. In addition, the pictures make this place look much nicer than it is. The room we were given was run down and had dirty hotel vibes. All of the tables had stains on them, there were very few decorations, the curtains were cheap sheer fabric, and everything had a layer of bright paint slathered on it. I’m glad we were able to get refunded and go elsewhere.

Every employee I came in contact with was excellent! Friendly, helpful ! Eric in the bar/restaurant area was especially friendly and helpful. If there was anything that wasn’t excellent I would say the hallways could be cleaned better but everything was great. Would stay again!

We have stayed here for several years over Memorial Day Weekend for their pool party. Typically we have a great time. This year there were so many children it was impossible to enjoy ourselves they would splash everyone in the pool and took over both hot tubs the entire weekend. We also noticed that the property itself is becoming run down and worn looking. Pool daybeds are rusty and dirty, the rooms are also starting to show signs of wear. We placed the card in the door for room service but they never showed up during our stay. We have always loved the Saguaro but unless they invest some money into the property and make Memorial Day weekend adults only we won’t be back
