No restaurant for breakfast in bed or for the children no bar they said it was a club the pool is only 3 ft for kids all the bugs in the room beds on the pool beds all outside when they tell you to walk around the town and get food all the crickets an bugs 🐛 you you have to endure on the sidewalk s trying to enjoy food wow lovely place oh yeah and the stains are red nail polish or blood on the sheets in the bedroom

Solo Weekend Trip

Check in was fast and easy. My room was very spacious with two queen beds. Not much of a view from window, as you can see. My bathroom toilet kept running as if it would overflow. I mentioned it to front desk and they said they would have maintenance to come look. Noone came, I ended up turning the knob shown in picture. The toilet wasnt very clean and also towels were stained. I ate at the hotel bar, chicken tenders and fries, woke up with upset stomach. There was a drag queen show/bingo game for entertainment on friday night. Overall hotel is close to downtown attractions.

I just like Palm Springs, but the hotel itself doesn’t offer much entertainment later in the day…we like to go to the pool at around 7 pm and there was no service present…

We booked this hotel because we had previously all gone and had a decent time. When we arrived walking in to the hotel we were all excited to be there. We soon found out they lack any kind of staff to even open the bar for waters, drinks or food. We went to the pool hoping that would save the day, and again nothing was open no bar, water station etc. The cabanas looked absolutely disgusting, not cleaned at all… trash under the cabanas and bottles that had been left out. Again it was 106 degrees and we couldn’t even buy a water bottle. The next morning we wanted to call about a late check out… but our phone was broken, we had to come to down to the desk for them to tell us it would be an additional 50$!!! Then we went to the restaurant they had because there was food out again thinking hey maybe they have brunch. Only for them to tell us it was a private event.. an event in which we saw 0 people come in for rhe 2 hours we went to the pool. I would never book this hotel again, and was extremely dissappointed in there lack of attention to detail and cleanliness.. even if it was a monday.
