The entire hallway carpet in this wing was filthy and really gross. The bed, linen and carpet in the room were OK though. I had requested a room with a city view but they put me in a first floor room closest to the nightclub so I heard that while trying to fall asleep.

Fun property with so many neat events throughout the week. The attendant at the front desk also informed us of the local street fair that was happening, which was so much fun! The car valet staff were so helpful, they were so quick to bring my vehicle. Last, you can’t beat the central location, late night pizza for the win.

This property has valet service which is excellent. There is also a shuttle service to the airport. My room was quiet which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is confidently located in the heart of Palm Springs. I would definitely stay there in the future.

Property was fine but I inadvertently booked the room for the night after I actually needed it. Fortunatrly, the hotel was able to accommodate my wife and book her a room when needed. THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS WITH EXPEDIAS RIGID TERMS. I am now paying for a hotel room that I am not staying in because Expedia won’t reimburse me for it. Unless I pay an exorbitant extortion fee when booking my stay, they will not work with me on reimbursement. Bad service that I will no longer use again

Palm Springs is my happy place and I've been coming to Hotel Zoso (this was the 4th time for my birthday weekend) I won’t ever come back or refer this hotel to anyone again.

We arrived before check in and aware we may have to wait for room. Told they would call and text when room ready. They said about an hour or so that’s fine. Had to call 4 hours later called and told we can check in. Once checked in given a room someone just checked into. Then after a little mess up. Got a room, bathroom door would close, padio door could not fully close. We were on main level. It was like we were in a too be Reno room. As short trip lived with it. Store closed early on both days we were there so couldn’t get water. However there was a wonderful staff member that gave us a few bottles of water at front desk. For money spent, I wouldn’t return. However great location and some staff are wonderful.
