Wrong bed! I booked a queen bed and it was 2 singles. No staff present, car park barrier locked us in, no one answered the phone or replied on email. Thankfully another disgruntled customer had the barrier exit code and I tailgated out. I decided to find another hotel nearby- this place is RANK
