Definitely overrated. Where do I start. 1) Upon arrival, you would think the check in would be much faster. Platinum Yucatan Princess Adults Only - All Inclusive
Very clean and the staff were great! I would say the resort felt closer to a 4 star vs 5 but it was great value for the price and they had amazing shows in the evening (like the fire show). We had a great time.
