The Sunset Princess was great. Very large property so lots of walking. Large beach with lots of seating. I like quiet, however everything shut down too early. Restaurants were closed down and you have to be organized to get reservations, because you can only do 2 days at a time...overall, we would recommend this resort. We had a great time.

This was our second visit. The property is very nice but there is significant maintenance on the grounds which is noisy at times. The A/C in our room did not function properly, but the fan and cool weather was comfortable. The food options are vast. Some of the service could be better

The resort it self, the grounds, the nature was so beautiful. The food was ok. The staff not friendly. And on the beach they pour the grey water which disgusting and not safe, i do not know how can they do that

This our third time and we enjoyed it. It is a very pretty property with excellent pools and access to ocean. We had a swim out suite which we loved. The properties age is showing (they are renovating in May 2025, but the staff are great and keep it very clean. The food at the buffet isn’t the greatest, but we booked ala carte restaurants and they were good

Great property...restaurant food is good but very slow service...reservations for restaurants can take 30 40 mins...taxi service from the resorts is good...crowed here was mainly 40 plus with kids upto 80 90 year olds...club scene is always dead...if you want to party this is not ur resort...beach was fantastic...i would suggest the platinum upgrade not worth it

The resort has its pros and cons. While we enjoyed some aspects, certain issues, especially with water access, food safety, and lack of friendliness from staff made it less than ideal for families with young children.

Not bad for its price. Food was overall below average - good for all inclusive but I would not have paid out of pocket for that quality. The idea of accessing facilities of the other hotel resort is misleading because everything is shared anyway... you do not get 'double' the facilities. Multiple facilities were temporarily closed, which might have changed my decision to book had I known in advance. Overall, it is an okay resort but I would explore other options before returning to the same one
