Really impressed with this hotel. Very helpful and efficient reception staff. The hotel is immaculate, our room was great with super views of the mountains. It was cleaned everyday and towels, water etc replenished. The hotels location was amazing too!

The staff was friendly. We found the ground floor concierge to be very helpful and friendly so stars for that. If you're looking to stay in Wan Chai, this is a good location close to many local dining spots. Negatives are the room layout and the lack of sound proofing. We found the toilet to be too ...
