Bathroom was dirty. Blinds in the room would not go up. Staff would not control other guest in the hotel from making obnoxious amount of noise. Kids playing hockey and running around the hallways at all hours of the night and early morning.

Staff support was okay. Room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. No smoke alarm. Bathroom fan did not vent. Overall room set up was less than ideal, as you could not open two of the dressor doors the way they were set up against the bed/wall
