No breakfast, no free internet, they make double withdrawals from my account 491 and 432 for 3 nights and I complained at the tonight . On the morning I discovered that they make third withdrawals with 133 $ and after long negotiations, they removed only one of them. Horrible

Great airport crash spot. Room keys couldn't be produced or provided because of a malfunction, which was inconvenient, and I never did see a breakfast, so maybe it ended at 8AM? Other than that, solid stay.

Mark very good for check in. Room lighting poor but after unpacking and undressing for shower found NO Hot Water. We were offered another room on the same floor and told to pack. I would not pack until hot water was confirmed in the other room. It was and I was brought the key card, they wanted the original room key cards but reluctantly came back to get them after we made two trips moving to the other room. Hard to understand a room being rented without hot water

Sydney was so friendly and welcoming when we checked in. When passing her counter on our way to dinner she gave us a warm & friendly greeting. Bed was comfy & room was very clean. And another staff member really helped us track down a trucker who needed directions to the Marriot. She was a HUGH HELP.

Check-in was made easy and simple. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was very clean well organized and warm on a cold day which was welcoming. Did you get a chance to go to the bar but it was open till 11 PM which was convenient. In the morning we were able to get coffee and a cappuccino. The barista was very kind and friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I’ll definitely be staying at this hotel again!
