The Roosevelt Inn and Suite is the best place to stay in Saratoga Springs! Quiet and lovely environment with the gift of a roomy suite, and priceless spa. The hot tub is relaxing and immaculate as is the pool and spa. Lovely environment, kind, helpful and friendly staff make the guest's stay one to remember and look forward to the next visit.

The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There was no hot water in the shower in my room and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Additionally, the photos that are listed on Hotels.com are not up-to-date. The hotel has some rooms that have been updated in some that are well, not.

Room was clean and spacious. The toilet however was not shimmed properly so it would clunk everytime you sat on it. The hotel seems to be in the middle of renovation though, so it could just be a process. The tub was huge and the bed was comfy. Having a suite, I wish there was some sort of dining table. There was also no where to sit on the balcony. The TV was in hotel mode so it was very dim and hard to see if the lights were on. Overall the stay was nice
