Resort needs some repairs to be 4*+ Good reception especially with Juan. Also toilets need to be more functional allowing use of toilet paper to be flushed putting it in waste basket isn’t sanitary. Mattress on pull out couch needs to be changed, also linen for the couch should be available in room. ...

We stayed for 5 nights and on our 3rd night the ceiling started dripping water in room 2631. Issue was brought to attention to staff and their solution was towels. Fixed the next day only for it to start dripping again until we left. The food is good. There is a lot of variety we just wish there ...
