Nice clean rooms every time. The entire staff are friendly and mostly helpful. I asked to have my room serviced with towels and toiletries, but was never cleaned or freshened up, for five day stay. Parking was for the weekend too.

Outdoor pool looks like it's getting taken out (covered in sand). But, it's April in Michigan, did not expect it to open. Small issue with our first room(smelled like cigarettes and commode was not clean), staff changed us to a different room right away. Lobby was very clean
