It was an easy location to have three young children. Had trouble with the vending machines not taking cash or different cards. Previous reviews complained about construction noise, didn’t seem to notice on our end.

Shuttle service was not the best when we were there. The front desk staff were not on the same time schedule as the shuttle driver. The pools and slides were great. We played bingo one evening and the bingo callers had their backs to the players, other wise it was okay.

Best kid friendly family gettaway evee.

The pools were awesome and having them for customers only was awesome and made for very short wait times for the waterslides. The Sunday Buffet was amazing and offered so many adventures for our girls.

A good overnighter for the occasion

It was a short one night Daddy & Mommy getaway from the kiddo. The positive was the coffee stations, mini putt putt (extra cost), the pumps for soap/shampoo/conditioner and the water pressure in the shower. The room was clean, bed was comfy, overall we were happy. Things that we felt lacking. The toilet/shower room is tiny and for the price of the room it really wasn’t anything special. We also had to go all the way back to the front desk (a bit of a treck) when one of our room keys didn’t work. You are paying for the location and the pools/water features that we didn’t even use. There is also no continental breakfast, so if you eat out, it’ll probably set you back another $40. We enjoyed it this time, but probably will check out other local hotels next time.
