I made my reservation and somehow it only accounted for 2 of my 4 kids on Expedia and there was a miscommunication. After trying to find a resolution, the lady at the front desk got a supervisor and was able to straighten it out. I felt terrible about the situation because I had filled everything out stating I had 4 kids. I think that part was an error on Expedia - not the hotel. But unfortunately, this stay was extremely unpleasant. After the girl at the desk was able to help me, and I was going to leave her a fantastic review

The room was clean, the bathroom was small, but overall not bad. The food at the ratskellar restaurant was not good. The food at Oma’s was average. We also went to the Bavarian In. Restaurant in town and did not have a good experience. The hostess was rude, the setup was confusing. We asked for a booth and was told no we don’t have any… when we walked into the restaurant there were 4-5 empty booths and they remained empty the whole time we were there. The prices were very elevated $16 for appetizers was a bit much for the quality of the food. Overall I would not recommend this restaurant there were different menus for different tables?? Some had only the family style chicken dinners and others had burgers, some had the lunch menus and some had dinner menus…. Just all over the place.

Great location. Rooms clean. Food was Good, not great. Drain in our room sink not draining properly. One bartender spent all his time with one couple at the and left everyone else in the lounge and restaurant waiting a lengthy amount of time. Our waitress finally went and poured our wine herself.
