My handicap windshield placard allowed us to park right in front of the front door The desk clerk told us what the temperature of the hot was and how to activate the aqua jets. The room was dead quiet. The deciding factor was the generous happy hour, the hot tub, quiet room and breakfast buffet. All done professionally and respectfully. I know we paid a premium for staying on an Oktoberfest night; it was so worth it. We have spread the word that this is the ONLY place to stay in Frankenmuth, MI !
