The elevator unknown to us was not working. We were not told of this until we attempted to use it. I did not see any one working on it. I had open heart surgery two months ago. We were disappointed that we requested first floor on our reservation and did not get it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome with lots of hot food options. The reception in evening was also fantastic with lots of food and drink options. The main problem was the elevator was not in service the entire weekend. We were shlepping our suitcases up and down 4 flights of stairs. They sent an email the day before but past the time I can cancel the reservation. Also internet and TV out the first day due a more outside issue: but still. The lack of elevator and on top floor was the biggest drawback!!

Offering not only a free breakfast, but free drinks and food during dinner hour was a nice surprise. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The only negative was the elevator being out of service.

Amazing hotel! Super clean!! You can’t beat free breakfast and free food in the evening. 3 adult drinks per person is unheard of in this economy. Would recommend 10/10

The elevator was down and had been for a while. We had no clue nor was we told about this issue until we got there. I explained my husband had just had back surgery but was told there were absolutely no rooms available on the first floor. We had to carry our luggage upstairs, I feel the least they could have done was had staff help us. Then when we went looking to fill our ice bucket guess what, they had ice on every story except ours.

The Drury is my fave hotel chain of all time. Have been staying here for over 20 years. Second to none. Staff are always amazing, especially here in Frankenmuth, and the perks are unbeatable. I'm so thankful they are still offering the great breakfast and evening Kickback. I will always choose the Drury if they have availablity! Thanks Drury, you're the best. <33

No Elavator/No one to help with bags

We got there late, a late check-in. Just the person checking us in was there no one to help with our bags up to the third floor. I was called that morning and told the elevator was out, but there would be plenty of guys to help. It was myself 73 year-old female and my daughter and her two young girls seven and nine. It wasn’t great trying to get up all those stairs. I understand the elevator was out, but in that case, you need to have at least one guy on duty to help with bags at all times.

Elevator was out of service. There wasn’t a restaurant or bar on property. The room/suite we had and Hotel felt very out dated. I feel that at the price of over $200.00 a night you should definitely have more amenities.

This property had a wonderful staff and the room location was perfect (we had a dog and it was almost right next to the door that led out to the dog potty area). Loved the pool and hot tube. Great stay and will probably come again.
