All of the staff were so friendly and courteous. Loved the decor of the hotel. Everything was so clean. Perfect location for walking into Downtown Frankenmuth. Great breakfast selection and the free snacks and cocktail from 5:30pm to 7:00pm was great. Snacks the night I stayed were pulled pork sliders, salad, baked beans,mac and cheese and a nacho bar. There was even a special Christmas cocktail. I do recommend asking for a room away from the elevator if you are a light sleeper. It was fun walking through sipping hot chocolate and listening to Christmas music. There was even a Scavenger Hunt.

The breakfast was great, however, the biscuits were a little hard. Overall, it was excellent! We also used the hot tub which felt wonderful after shopping in the cold all day. Great experience all around and would be staying there again.
