Good location. Quite noisy from the toilet and AC. My room’s switches were broken.
Convent to airport. Could give better directions as to location in Shiphole Airport in Amsterdam.

1. It was very difficult to find this hotel at the airport.
2. I had to pass through passport control, who behaved very rude ( they were nice to the other Europeans around me)
3. Once in the hotel, it was loud. Every time someone opened the door of the next room, it woke me up.
Overall, a terrible experience.

Ok hotel stay for price
- Room was made and clean
- Noted bugs in the shower area
- Arrived late so paid for late check out. Was not passed to am staff and was woken up at 7:45am by phone call to inform me that check-out was at 7am.
- Late arriving flight, so maintenance crews made finding hotel extremely difficult with areas of airport not being accessible.
Although the room and staff were great finding the Yotel in Schiphol airport was very difficult. Few staff seemed to know where it was, when I did stumble on an absolutely lovely security agent that knew, there were other challenges. I arrived after hours with a luggage that required check in. I had to get the boarding pass and check in tags then store my luggage overnight at the airport. Use the boarding pass and go through security to get to Yotel. In the morning, I had to make sure I had enough time to retrieve my luggage, check it in and go through security again. Great stay but laborious to find it. When I landed in the Paris airport there were very clear signs indicating where the Yotel was located. Perhaps Schiphol needs to rethink having signs placed.
Extremely noisy, not feel proper, location should be clarified on booking: need to cross airport and passeport control to reach this hotel. Not easy to find. Worst choise i never did.

Plumbing is an issue. No hot water for shower after check in, although was available in the morning. Pipes are noisy with squealing after shower was off. Decent room for layover purposes.
A perfect way to spend an overnight layover without having to leave the airport.
I had a 15h layover in Amsterdam overnight so I didn't want to go through the effort of leaving security and then dealing with morning incoming people at security and this hotel offered the perfect option to get a ln actual good night of sleep while traveling.
My one complaint that isn't even really a complaint is check out was 7am which was a wee bit early (but I maybe could have asked for different)
I'd definitely stay in this hotel again
The hotel never answered any of my email questions about the nature of the hotel. Terrible service, don’t book here! I ended up finding out it was on the other side of security. Staff don’t answer numerous messages. Then they charged me double the advertised rate.
Disrupted travel due to weather at destination, so had to stay a night in the airport. These are capsule rooms and as such are basic and small. That being said, i had a good rest was already in the airport ready for my rearranged flight early next morning.

The receptionist was missing when I arrived at 2315 and needed my room to get an early flight the next day. She arrived back at 2348 and pretended it wasnt her who had left a sticky note on the counter saying she would return 2330-0000
