The hotel is a conversion from a very old house that's dark and a bit run down but the bar and restaurant are very nice. Overall very good value for money @ £85/night for double room and first rate 3 course meals from £17

Breakfast excellent. Room draughty and lighting poor. Bathroom small and awkward to use but shower very good. Once again bathroom lighting poor, could not shave due to dim light around the mirror. Worn carpets, chipped paint and awkward self closing door top of the stairs. However considering the price its all tolerable if you are not fussey.
