The staff were very helpful. The room was lovely, nice swimming pool. Clean and tidy. The dinner menu was a bit over-designed, with no options for simpler tastes. The eggs at breakfast were cold and over cooked. So generally good apart from the food.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm pleased to hear that you enjoyed the room and facilities. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the dinner menu, and the eggs at breakfast. I will share your feedback with the Executive Chef to address, going forward. I hope we get the chance to welcome you back in future.

Great hotel, with lovely leisure facilities

We had a family room, overlooking the Loch. Room comfy, with a huge breakfast included. WE ate in the restaurant one evening, and the food was great (although our boys did complain that the kids menu was too fancy for them). The hotel is undergoing rennovation in the rooms, and I spoke with one couple who were in a refurbished room, and said it was amazing. The leisure area looks like it has recently been refurbished, with nice changing facilities, small pool and new sauna. very relaxing after a day on the hill.
