"We really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was great. We booked our hotel and paid for our stay through Expedia. The hotel accidentally charged my card upon check in. Upon check out, they explained their mistake to us and refunded our card. What they charged us and what they refunded was not the same, due to the exchange rate. I sent the property a message telling them that their mistake cost me money, but no one responded. That is disappointing."

"Beautiful location on Killarney lake away from the downtown chaos. Excellent food and huge breakfast. Room was comfortable but could use some updating. Bathroom was large enough with a walk in shower. Beds were comfortable."
