Room was ok but very hot and stuffy as unable to open window due to being in attic, staff very pleasant and helpful, lovely area with plenty restaurants round hotel,trams run past hotel and near train station so great for getting to city centre

The friendly female staff made me feel very welcome. Not great having to pay 4e for wifi use, never experienced that in any hotel before. Room not cleaned second night. But for what your paying it's ok. Expect a commute into city centre (20mins). but the S-Bahn karlshorst station is only a 5 min walk.

Never again

Very very far from the city centre, returning late is not an option. The carpet in the room was so dirty and so smelly but other than that the room was clean. There was no window in the room only the one in the bathroom. The man at the reception very-very unfriendly and obviusly trying to make things difficult. Does he think he can afford doing this with a hotel like this? Never again for me.
