Lost Lake Lodge by Whistler Premier
"Great room! Awesome pool. Location was fantastic right across from Lost Lake loop bike trail, and minutes from Lost Lake beach. Great time. One thought around the unit was mouse sticky traps around the place - and especially one right under the pull out couch. Not ideal and impacted our clean rating here. The only one and bg issue with hotel we had one of the owners at the hotel walking around the pool telling all the families to be quiet, stay off the grass, etc.. as she is the owner. She even went as far as jumping into the pool and shushing bunch of 5 year olds. It is summer time and kids in the pool were just being kids - think 12 kids from different families in the pool - of course it's going to be loud in summer time. To give full compliments to the front desk - they handled the situation well, and got the owner to understand that 3pm summer time is not quiet time in the pool, and there are observed quiet times in the morning and evening. My only feedback would be for Expedia to ensure owners of Lost Lake Lodge bring this up at their strata council meeting - as if this is a hotel - and someone is an owner at the hotel - it gives them no right to be going around bothering people and trying to boss them around, telling them this is what you can / can't do because I'm the owner here. My point to the front desk was we booked through Expedia and did not book to have someone else try and impose some random rules no one agreed to - because they own some unit in the Lodge."
