On arrival one lift was broken down / out of order and by the end of 2nd day there the only lift was made out of order also. As result we had to climb stairs for 3 days of our stay. And a number of planned events had to be changed or cancelled as 3 out of 4 of us struggled with this. Age and health issues. Also the verandah and windows kitchen side and few other corner benches were not clean. But the remainder of the unit was brilliant location and set up and lovely, and would have said 4.5 stars if lift worked .

The room we stayed in needs a good deep clean my husband suffered severe allergic reaction and needed urgent medical care after only one night. The sofa and carpet are full of dust mites. We took photos of the disgusting dust and grime behind the bed head and under the tv cabinet

Great location near Southbank parks and restaurants. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We did have to wait 20 minutes for the caretaker when we were 5 minutes late for check in. He was fantastic and very helpful when he arrived. Maybe there could be a key box for late arrivals?

Rubbish bins ground car park under the building.Rubbish was over flowing on to the ground and stunk.Mould in the grout in the shower, spray with chlorine and bleach and leave will clean it and kill the mould spores.

Great location….. basic kitchen setup. Only a 3 seater couch so no good when you have 4 people. Could do with a decent clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Access very easy, allocated car park.

Near building one have construction site and no view however building two (the reception building) facing road can see ferries wheel and quiet. Walking distance about 10 to 15 minutes to south bank night market Pig N Whistle West End is a nice restaurant near apartment.
