Wasn’t a lot of parking but we never went without. Not allowed toaster as could set off alarm but got woken up at 5am with a false fire alarm. Shop and meals in walking distance would definitely stay again.

Was so hassle free especially after a long flight and appreciated the service with no delays and key on arrival. So well done and keep up the awesome job. Would definitely be back there again.

Free on-site parking with easy access was great, the room was adequate for two nights although the bathroom was small. There was no sign of how to have breakfast ordered as per the online info which would have been used since there was no toaster in the room? The room ceiling fan did not work and the remote supplied was not the same brand as the fan? Some assistance from the reception who was not able to fix. Short walk to Mowbray Park ferry to get into city was good.

Good value but unfortunately the last morning we had no hot water (whole building out) and by the time i needed shower it still wasnt on, when i complained they said water was back on but unfortunately that was half hour later so too late for me and no compensation offered as they said water was back on by time we left...but couldn't shower minutes b4 leaving room!

Excellent accommodation clean large rooms! Bathroom a little dated but a good size & hot water ! Staff very helpful! Hotel across the road which had excellent service with a good coffee shop near along with IGA ! Would stay again !
