Great location right in Grand Place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included at nearby restaurant was very good. Grand Place is a lively area, so expect to hear some music into the night, especially on weekends.
Property was centrally located to shopping, dining, and places to take in the city views. Host was very friendly and accommodating and offered suggestions on local sites.
Brussels is overpriced hotel wise, so you have to find what’s under your employer’s accommodation ceiling. With this condition, the hotel Le Quinze does the job: perfect location, though pretty quiet (backyard side), simple room with basic equipment.
If only the bedding was a tad better (you could feel the springs shape under your hand)… anyway, ok for a 1-2 night stay.
Location, Location, Location. Plus Said is a wonderful host / manager. We arrived after the reception was already closed at 7pm. Prior to our arrival day, he was in contact with us and gave detailed instructions with photos on how to find the hotel, and where to get the keys. Breakfast is just across the way at La Brouette. Staff there were nice and friendly, and fixed menu breakfast was delicious. We also asked Said about sights to see and he gave us instructions on how to get to Metro station to get to Mini Europe and Atomium. We were not sure about taking Metro, but Said gave us the confidence to venture out. Thank You Said! There was a Friday night event on Europe Day. There was a concert/party at the Grand Place for about 4 hours. We enjoyed watching from our room overlooking the Grand Place.
Our stay here with the amazing view of Grand Place was an experience we will always remember. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was larger than we expected and the private bathroom was nice with good water pressure. The free breakfast was amazing. A public parking garage with a nightly fee is a short walk away.
Great room with the best view of the Grand Place! The staff was excellent and makes extra effort to make sure you're comfortable. The manager of the Hotel even helped us haul our heavy luggages to the train station. Would definitely stay here again!
the propety is in very poor condition...life is slow and small and we thought the recpetion was an entrance and reception was on another floor. chipped paint everywhere...marks on the walls everywhere.the view was incredible from our room but we paid for that however everything esle was poor.
Comfy bed and amazing location, with kind staff. The pros stop there. Very outdated. Shattered front door. Dark room. Bathtub wouldn’t drain so you shower in a couple inches of water. Black mould on ceiling. Blow dryer didn’t work for more than a couple seconds and would shut off. Walls all are beaten up.
Free breakfast was good
Lovely stay with friendly and helpful staff. Great location, with an amazing view. Room and communal areas could do with some updating, but everywhere was clean and towels changed each day we stayed. Would book again.
The manager said was very nice. The problem with this property is the limited front desk service and how you collect your key. It’s literally in an envelope with your name on it at the front counter or behind a small door near the entrance that isn’t even securely locked. Additionally, the rooms don’t have a deadbolt or latch on the inside that you can add as extra security. I used one of the luggage racks to place in front of my door, just in case someone did come in. The rooms are very outdated. They need to be painted touched up on walls that were chipped doors are chipped, the bathrooms have tiles that are loose, you can see holes where fixtures were once hanging and had been moved. I am glad I didn’t spend the extra money for a front view room Because I ended up being put in one on the fourth floor and while the room was very large you had to climb up a small ladder to a mini loft to see out the window. I expected there to be a restaurant and breakfast on site in the building and there is not. The breakfast is a set menu that is across the plaza next to the Starbucks, which is OK but it’s still not on site and you have to leave the property. Again the manager was very nice, but would I stay again at this property no.
Great location, if you're lucky enough to get a room overlooking the square then the views are beautiful. The walls are a bit thin though, so hopefully you won't have noisy neighbours like us.

What a view!
The location was outstanding overlooking the grand square. It was perfect for viewing the lights during Christmas. Said at reception was very friendly and helpful. The bldg is old but clean, but you can see signs of aging for example with stains on the carpet in the halls. Such a perfect location I would still stay again.

This was a gorgeous little hotel in an excellent location. Views from the window into the square are just lovely. Lots of drinking and dining options are close by.
Great location. We were only there for one night but it was a great location to walk around. Many shops and eateries to try out. Hotel staff was very nice.
The location is prefect, it’s right at the old town, easy accessible to most of the nearby attractions and metro. The staff is so attentive and allow us to have early check in. The room is clean and nothing to complain. They gave the room not facing the square so it’s quiet during the night time.
Would not hesitate to stay here again, would recommend the hotel for location, staff were super helpful too. Our room was clean and so pleased we booked the room with the view.
Many thanks for an excellent stay.
We were welcomed by Louir our host. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Louir even walked half way back to the train station to ensure we took the shortest way back across the cobbled streets. We definetly choose the right hotel for our stay. With a great view over the quare onto Grand Place.
