The location was great, walkable to Trinity College Library, Brazen Head, and other tourist places. Kitchenette would be handy if you were staying a few days and wanted to fix some meals. Breakfast buffet was good, but otherwise dining at hotel was certainly not 5 star, or even 2 star.

Nice location, a little pricy for the size of the room. Clean and quiet space. The breakfast was nice but also overpriced. An explanation for the switch activated appliances would have saved us time and frustration. Also the AC turned off rather than adjusted to the temperature resulting in multiple night time resets, so the room was too hot or too cold. The individual bedside lights should be controllable separately.

Suited our needs

We were looking for a room with laundry facilities near our daughter’s university. Room is a good size, kitchen is well equipped. We had coffee and made our own breakfast in the room. If you need anything you message on WhatsApp and you will receive an AI response immediately. However, the service wasn’t always prompt. I asked for some hand towels because we were only given 1 for 3 people. They responded with “ the towels are waiting for you at reception”. We didn’t find that super convenient. We used the laundry facilities, which were easy to use.

Would stay here again !

Stayed at the stay city in tivoli for 4 days and 3 nights and I would definitely stay there again. The room was perfect with the kitchen and it was extremely clean. The staff were also so helpful when asking about transport as we hadn’t stayed in Dublin before and they gave us lots of information about the trains and buses and the best ways to get places.

The property itself was nice, but we stayed there for a week and our supposed to be cleaned at least once during our week stay and never was. We had to ask for more toilet paper & towels twice during our stay.

They turned the air conditioning off from 10pm - 6am and it was quite warm while we were visiting. It would be better if they turned it down during the day and not when you are trying to sleep. The windows don’t open so you have no way to circulate the air.
