My family travelled to Brussels recently and we had an amazing time. This hotel is located in the centre of the action so take note if you want something very quiet this won’t be it. The Staff were AMAZING! Front desk was exceptional, lobby was a great meet up spot for the eight of us. We included the breakfast which was convenient and had a little for everyone to enjoy. My only con to that was that they were slow in refilling some of the food items and if you don’t tend to eat a lot for breakfast it may not be worth the cost. Our rooms were nice, beds comfortable and everything was clean my only con is that they don’t provide face cloths so bring your own to take off makeup etc… we would definitely stay here again

We paid a small fortune to stay here and they neglected to inform us that renovations were taking place on the floor above. Instead of a relaxing few days in Brussels to end out European holiday, we found ourselves unable to be in our room during the day. When we checked in at 3.45pm our room wasn’t ready and when I went back downstairs to ask for another room, I was challenged regarding the state of the room we’d been given. Staff were unhelpful and aloof. The room was tiny, and opened onto a very noisy courtyard. It looked nothing like the photographs provided. We tried to complain but were treated like second class citizens because we’d booked through Expedia.

I was very happy with my stay but I think the breakfast was over rated. I had breakfast at 9:30 and it already looked picked over. It's important to keep an eye on the dishes so they are not half full

Great location near the Grand Place and the Centraal train station. The hotel, however, is in need of updating and refurbishing. My room was scuffed up and terribly drab and not particularly attractive. Breakfast was very common and the same very morning. I found the hotel not anywhere near worth the price. At best it may warrant about a 2.5-3 star rating at most. With some updating and freshening up, it could become a 4 star as it indicates its rating currently is but now? Uff!.a rather tired hotel in need of some modern attention. Some of the staff were lovely though. So that was good. Location is superb!
