Great place

Super friendly staff, an issue arose, I told them in the morning as I went out to explore the city, they had it fixed before I got back after lunch. This place is close to both train stations, a short walk to the river side. Of o ever get the chance to visit again I will be staying here!

I had the best stay. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very clean, which I truly appreciate. On top of that, I must say — what an amazing staff. Everyone was smiling, happy, friendly, and incredibly polite. I have now returned home to Copenhagen, and I honestly miss the hotel and the life I had during my vacation. I will never forget the sweet birthday surprise at breakfast, with music playing and a cake delivered by the hotel. I have never experienced anything like that in my life. It is a memory I will carry with me forever. Thank you to the hotel staff for their hard work every single day. I work in hospitality myself — well done, guys. See you another time.
