My sister and I stayed at this accommodation and overall the experience was acceptable. The staff were one of the strongest points: very kind, attentive, helpful, and able to communicate in several languages, which made everything easier.
The location is good, central and well connected by public transport, making it easy to get around the city. However, the reception is in a different building from the rooms, about a three-minute walk away, and the building seems to be part of a residential complex.
One disappointing aspect was that the room we were assigned did not match the photos shown at the time of booking. We were told the images were generic, which can be misleading. The room itself was average but showed some maintenance issues, such as very wrinkled curtains and a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. We were offered a room change for an extra fee, which did not seem appropriate, so we chose to stay.
We also requested a late check-out and were informed there would be an additional charge. While not excessive, it would have been a nice gesture not to charge for it.
Overall, I would consider this a two- to three-star accommodation. I am giving it three stars mainly due to the friendliness of the staff, and I hope this review serves as constructive feedback.
