I’m only giving 2 stars because Claudia at the front desk was a gem, and the only helpful person at this hotel. My check-in took an hour as I booked a partial sea view room and they gave me a room facing the courtyard. I complained and had 2 staff members check out the room with me in which they just stated they were sold out of other rooms and I could pay an extra $50/night for a better view. I escalated to guest services, and they did nothing for me! My 48 hr holiday started off on a bad note. Their food options were limited, room service menu was poor, and restaurants closed early. I also got the stomach bug after their breakfast buffet that lasted 3 days. All in all, I wouldn’t stay there again nor would I recommend others.
