This was my 2nd stay at Breathless in Riviera Maya and my 4th stay at a Breathless Resort. The resort was as great as I remembered. Everything was top tier, from the service to the restaurants. Slight issue with the VIP service. Xhale club used to be a lot bigger and more impressive.

This was the worst experience ever. My partner and I were there for my birthday and got the all inclusive option. We went to the bars and were limited to 3 drinks each and then denied anymore. They said we can only drink juice. I paid almost $3,000 to have unlimited drinks and food and none of that happened. The workers treated us horribly and when we would call for room service they wouldn’t bring us our food. They constantly talked to us very rudely and I am so upset. I never in my life want to come to Cancun or this establishment again. All my money went to waste bc they don’t know how to run a business and treat people like decent human beings. So F this place!
