The food and the amenities were not ideal. The food lacked flavor and the staff were not attentive. The massage experience was negative and it seemed as if there were extra charges for many things. The entire experience felt like a money grab without service and experiences to justify the cost.

This property is definitely good if you need to get away and relax without a big turn up . Restaurant and pools were good . The only thing I did not like about the resort was I like Cadillac Margaritas but the resort had no Grand Marnier . The resort Beach is horrible I mean it’s no way you can get into that beach water it was real dirty . I had to go 30 minutes away to get some real nice beach water ( the hotel zone has great water in Cancun ) . Also the hotel is connected to the secrets they could come to our side of the resort but we could not go their side . So all in all if the beach water was clear and blue this would be the perfect peaceful vacation for the price that they are charging .

The room had many items with issues (non-working). The food was very mediocre; and there were issues with contamination for gluten. We paid extra to upgrade to the Xhale level, which clearly advertises quieter, more relaxed atmospheres. This absolutely was not the case. The pools were extremely loud with music. The dance floor was located right outside the rooms and went late into the night. We spoke to many couples who also experienced this same issue and were also extremely disappointed by these things.

The receptionist did not give clear instructions about the how many restaurants are there. What services are included and what are not. Special occasions like New Year’s Eve we need to make reservations a day before in order to eat at French Cuisines, Mexican restaurants are closed on that day and no food services would be available. None of those information ere given. Instead, he only wanted to sell us more visits for future trips before we hadn’t started our very first experience in there. In general the service is good and the employees are nice.

Clean rooms and all the staff was very nice. Food was just ok but the Italian restaurant was great but order 2-3 of everything as the portions are small. Pool is cold but there is a hot tub. There really is no beach for swimming

Wrong room, didn't have my room ready till 9p. My food never came and all the restaurants closed down. My free spa experience was not honored. All in all I got absolutely nothing I booked.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The resort emailed me in advance to say the air conditioning in my room was not working, and it was never properly resolved, making the room uncomfortable. There’s also wasn’t any attempt to switch my room. I was told that there were no other rooms available. Very had to believe that rooms are at capacity during my entire stay. Housekeeping also threw away my dental retainers, which is a costly and serious mistake. No one took accountability or offered a real solution, despite the long-term impact this will have on my dental care. There was also an incident with another family that made me feel unsafe. While guest behavior isn’t fully within the hotel’s control, it reflects the overall environment. Overall, poor handling of issues, lack of accountability, and an uncomfortable stay. I would not return.

Place is modern service is good Downgrade iare dirty pools, food variety which they have for example one same steak in every restaurants under different sauce and water at the beach dirty brown not good at all
