Love the staff at this hotel, they are truly amazing and are what keeps us coming back. We love the size of this hotel and it has amazing ocean view rooms. The food is good. The hotel itself is tired. It could really use some updates to the rooms. The pool could use a little more care as well. The views, the beach and the staff is what keeps us coming back.

The property should be condemned! Black mold visible. Holes in the building structure. Rusted jaquzzi tub, shower, & toilets. “All inclusive” needs to be changed to but some, get some. Restaurants food quality was horrible. Choices were lacking & good food you had to pay extra for. Worst experience ever in MX! Left the resort early due to these issues & they did not accommodate the issues or even giving any kind of refund or paying back for days missed.

The staff was lovely, friendly and accommodating. This is the ONLY good thing about this property. It is dirty and clearly has not been panted in years. Only one elevator worked while we were there and the one that did was small and could accommodate only 5 people. Certificate of safety was no where to be found. I hope you like dragonflies because they are everywhere, including in our room. The towels were dingy in color with holes in them. The food is fair at best. There is nothing redeeming about this property. Make sure your tetanus is up-to-date.

Golden Parnassus, small adults only resort with the best staff, they always go above and beyond to help. Sure the resort can use some upgrades, but they are working on that. No dinner reservations are needed which is a plus. Have stayed at GP many times and God willing I will be spending many more times there

We miss being able to have lunch at the Pier 12. Another thing is the elevator situation, it would be nice to have all elevators working. What keeps us coming back is the staff.

Staff is wonderful! Hotel itself is falling apart-needs immediate attention aesthetically. Our sheets had permanent marks and were on the bed upon checkin. No towels in room and had to ask 4 times on checkin with no response. Then had to do it again the next day after the cleaning lady took them all back. Ware and tear on furniture. If they would take the time to do minor repairs for cosmetic purposes it would help. Or just having clean new sheets and blankets. It would help overlook the other things. I’ve been going to golden for over 12 years and have decided this was the last time. Some things can be overlooked but there are too many things to overlook when we can’t even get towels in our room or clean sheets.

The staff is why we keep going back. It is clean and the food is good. The pool and beach are absolutely beautiful. We have become friends with so many of the staff! They all go over and beyond! The place could do with some upgrades in the rooms but that is it. Love love love this place and staff
