We had no details when checking in on what times we could go to the spa, free tea/ coffee etc. Just kept getting told No, when we asked for things.

Palveluhengessä on ollut vähän ylimielisyyttä. Englantia huonosti puhuttu, eikä mielellään palvellaan englannin kielellä. Paikan sijainti on mielyttävä ja kaunis. Rauhallisella alueella ja sekä meri- että vuorinäkyala. Huoneet siivottiin huonosti. Yleiset ohjeet pitää olla englanniksikin. Ranska on todella kaunis kieli mutta täytyy ymmärtää että monet turistit eivät osaa sitä ja jos halutaan tarjota hyvää asiakaspalvelua täytyy palvella englannin kielellä.

correct mais sans plus. ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. personnel sympatique et parking gratuits sont les avantages. le spa est bien et inclus mais les horaires d'ouverture sont décevantes. pensez à prendre un peignoir + bonnet + tong, sinon il faudra payer sur place. Pratiquement obligatoire d'y aller en voiture car au fond d'un sans issue, mais du coup très calme.

Hôtel bien situé

Pros: Belle piscine, cadre très agréable, personnel accueillant,. chambre de belle grandeur
Cons: Des petits insectes sortaient depuis l'ecoulement de la douche, lorsqu'on faisait couler l'eau.
Location: Quartier agréable, les rues animées, visite de Maryneland et autres.
Expérience à refaire, Antibes est magnifique avec ses rues animées, ses plages, est beaucoup d'endroits à visiter
