It's ironic that this hotel is named 'Futures Inn' becuase it's one of the most dated I've stayed in. It has a grotty appearance, the carpets are tatty and corridors and rooms wreak of odour.

Great stay with elderly relative. Booked accessible room which was great. Accessible Wet room and a comfortable bed. Insufficient disabled spaces (only 3). Carpark often full, so had to park further away.

Nice hotel for visiting Cardiff with a car. Location is good, try easy to get to Cardiff bay where you can find all restaurants and cafes. The building site next door is a bit noisy.

Good location

Great location away from city centre but walkable in 20-30 minutes or by ferry boat from the quay. Great restaurants. Spacious room, comfy bed. Good breakfast. Quiet.

Very nice hotel by the Bay Area and huge room. Has everything you need and plenty of free parking. Close to Cardiff centre with a short taxi ride away if you don’t fancy half an hour walk.
