Very impressed with the staff who were on duty. They were very busy during the breakfast service but dealt with demand with very calm manner and always maintaining grace under pressure. Rooms were very clean and room service staff were usually close by fir extra towels.

Lovely view from window Really convenient for Cardiff airport Food in evening and breakfast nice Staff arranged transfer to airport immediately I asked £1 bus ride from train station drops you to the door

Excellent location to Cwl airport

Superbly helpful staff with my disability needs, anything and everything was just a phone call away. Highly recommended

Tired rooms in desperate need or refurbishment. Friendly & helpful staff. Bar prices reasonably, breakfast not great.

Cardiff Airport Ideal

Ideal location for the airport especially when we had an early morning flight.Included a continental breakfast at 4 am in the morning.
