Overall happy with the hotel but there is a slight smell as you walk into the hotel and the bathroom in the rooms,think you might have a problem with your drains.

Hotel nice but room was too hot and stuffy. Windows opened but there were sash windows behind these that couldn’t be reached to open so no fresh air. Air con could only be set to warm air or turned off. Other than that it was a good stay.

Disappointed

Having read the reviews I was expect great things. But I ended up really disappointed. Hotel entrance is bizarre. Up one lift one floor then down another corridor to another lift to go up to rooms. Room was okay. Cleanliness was poor and condition was bad. Shower sealant all black and mildew. Shower door hits towel radiator when opening so you have to pull hard. Cracked tiles and missing grout. Curtain hanging off rail. Tea splashes on door frame. Just so disappointed with conditions in room.

not nice

Pros: not a lot
beds were not very comfortable mattress protector was very shabby whent to the bar open but no staff to server when we booked in the blond girl was very rude we was early she told use to come back not in a nice way
