Amazing Welsh hospitality

Amazing stay. We came for the first oasis gig. Havent been to wales for many years and I can honestly say the staff here especially the staff at reception made this stay incredible . Rapid check in . Just brilliant . Thanks for looking after us

Nice place, but room needs a deeper clean.

Friendly staff, good food and convenient parking. The Pool and facilities are lovely. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room wasn't up to scratch. A layer of dust over everything, and even what appeared to be a blood stain on the wall... Was a little off putting

Why no Air Con?

great hotel which is nice and modern and clean with very friendly staff. However why do rooms not have air Con? There is a fan but this just moves warm air around and windows can only open a little bit and so bad nights sleep as so uncomfortable.

Very friendly and welcoming, good room.

We were so impressed with the helpful and friendly staff at the Village. They were wonderful. Hotel was good, clean and tidy and a comfortable bed. Shower was of a good size and power and breakfast was good.
